Standard Rate

If you’re interested in knowing my standard rate, please contact me via phone number or messenger which can be found on the home page.

Pensioner Discount – 10% Off Available to clients with a valid pensioner card. Please provide a copy to qualify.

Contract Discount – 12% Off‍ ‍

If you did 8+ hours last month, you automatically get the discount on all hours this month.

If you didn’t reach 8 hours last month, you need to book and complete 8 hours this month before the discount unlocks, and it will only apply to the hours after the first 8.

Overtime Charge

A 15% overtime charge applies when:

• Work starts before 8am or finishes after 6pm

• A workday exceeds 8 hours

• Work is carried out on a Saturday

A 30% overtime charge applies when:

• Work starts before 7am or finishes after 7pm

• A workday exceeds 10 hours

• Work is carried out on a Sunday

Variations & Additional Works

Any work outside the agreed scope will be charged at your standard hourly rate or quoted separately.

Minimum Call-Out Fee

A minimum charge of 1 hour applies to all jobs unless a different arrangement is agreed in advance.

Material Charge

If job requires materials then a 50% deposit will be required before works go ahead.
